Great White Shark Cage Diving

Enjoy the contrast in the coastline of the Cape as you head out towards Gansbaai. Look out over the ocean and admire the rocky outcrops, the white sandy beaches and beauty. Upon arrival you will be treated to breakfast at 'The Great White House' where the dive master gives a full briefing about the day's events. The boat will be anchored at Dyer Island and Geyser Rock, which boast a large Cape Fur Seal colony. Watch as the crew lure sharks to the boat with a method called chumming. See how the cage is lowered into the water when the first great white shark arrives. You will be provided with lunch as you you talk about your experience with the great white sharks. Please note: as we are working with wild animals, we cannot guarantee sightings.
